We’re looking for a Training & Development Consultant to join our Group Protection Claims team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the learning journey of our colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.What you'll be doing:
1. Designing and delivering engaging training programmes for new and existing team members
2. Supporting claims assessment by reviewing decisions and providing expert guidance
3. Creating and maintaining clear, up-to-date training manuals and process documentation
4. Evaluating training effectiveness and updating career development pathways
5. Collaborating with the Technical & Governance Team on regulatory and process training
6. Contributing to wider business projects and process improvement initiatives
7. Ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
8. Promoting a culture of learning, development and high performance
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Proven experience in training, development and learning delivery
10. Strong understanding of Group Protection products and claims processes
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills
12. Ability to work collaboratively and influence across teams
13. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
14. Knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR and the Data Protection Act
15. Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
16. A proactive, flexible approach with a passion for helping others grow
