Territory Manager - UK

Territory Manager – Dulux Trade/Retail, Armstead, Cuprinol & Automotive brands
Location: Field Based – Opportunities Across the UK

We’re always looking for talented sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career. As part of our continued growth, AkzoNobel is building a pipeline of exceptional Territory Managers to join our sales team across the UK.

Our Territory Managers play a vital role in supporting our Retail & Trade partners while driving growth across their region. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals looking to develop their career with a global leader in paints and coatings.

What you’ll do:

1. Build strong relationships to develop both existing and new customers.
2. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing existing customer accounts.
3. Promote and sell the Dulux Trade/Retail, Armstead, Cuprinol & Automotive product ranges, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of our solutions.
4. Deliver product demonstrations and technical advice to customers to support their business success.
5. Work closely with Trade & Retail partners, and internal teams to maximise opportunities in the market.
6. Plan and manage your territory effectively, prioritising customer visits and business opportunities.
7. Identify and win new business, strengthening AkzoNobel’s presence within our portfolio of customers.
8. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy.
9. Represent AkzoNobel professionally in the field, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What you bring:

10. Experience in a field-based sales role or strong customer-facing commercial experience.
11. A proven ability to build relationships and influence customers.
12. A strong commercial mindset with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
13. Excellent planning and organisation skills to manage a busy territory.
14. Confident communication and presentation skills.
15. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed.
16. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your territory.
