We are looking for a Bathroom Sales Consultant to join the team in our modern and stylish showroom, knowledge of plumbing or pervious bathroom sales experience including the use of CAD design is desired but not essential as full training will be provided.

Our Bathroom Showroom is the beating heart of our business and quite possibly the most rewarding position within Active Plumbing Supplies, you will work closely with all types of people such as Architects, interior designers, installers and the retail public.
You will be able to design beautiful bespoke bathrooms on our CAD system for our clients' ensuring expectations are exceeded and deadlines are met on time, this is a fantastic opportunity to oversee, manage and lead projects big and small from blank canvas's to fully finished bathrooms you only see in catalogues
The main responsibilities will include:
* Maximizing sales of bathroom suites and product through the showroom
* Working closely with plumbers, builders and end consumers building excellent working relations and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
* Advising customer's on suitable and compatible product
* Compiling quotations
* Formulating room plans on a CAD system
* Understanding and working with architects drawings to create room plans and quotations
* Carrying out customer site visits
* Processing purchase orders
* Planning deliveries with customers and warehouse
* Dealing with supplier and delivery issues
* Handling customer service and after sale issues
* Maintaining a tidy clean and up to date showroom
Skills required:
* High level of customer service
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
* Work in a very methodical and organised manner
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Flexible approach to different situations and people
Experience:
* Bathroom Sales: 1 years (Preferred)
* Retail Sales: 2 years
Education:
* GCSE or equivalent (Required)
Licence:
* Full UK Driver's License (Required)
