JOB TITLE: Legal Executive : Probate
LOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid : 3 days on:site, 2 days from home)
SALARY: GBP 35K: : GBP 60K (DOE)
THE ROLE: We're looking for a Legal Executive with a minimum of one year's Private Client / Probate experience to help deliver modern, efficient and empathetic probate and estate administration services. Managing your own caseload of probate matters, your role will include:
: Managing a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to distribution.
: Providing expert legal advice on probate, inheritance tax and private client matters.
: Drafting and reviewing legal documents including IHT forms, grant applications and estate accounts.
: Ensuring compliance with probate law, SRA regulations and internal governance standards.
: Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and paralegals.
ABOUT YOU
: Legal Counsel / Legal Executive / Lawyer with a minimum of one year's experience in probate or private client law.
: Someone who thrives in a fast 8209;paced environment and is excited by the future of legal services.
: A confident communicator who can support clients through emotionally sensitive situations with empathy and clarity.
: Proven experience managing end 8209;to 8209;end probate and estate administration cases.
: Ability to handle complex or high 8209;value estates with minimal supervision.
: A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive team culture.
