Your goal is simple but vital, ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time, with a message that resonates. You will own the trade plan for Household, Pet, and Health & Beauty, turning complex data into brilliant store execution. In this role, you will:
* Use insights and Kantar data to challenge the status quo and ensure our trade plans truly serve the shopper.
* Lead the planning for key feature spaces and "shippers", maximising sales through newness and seasonality.
* Act as the vital link between Commercial, Marketing, and Retail Operations to ensure every promotion is "first time right."
* Prepare briefs and present data to senior stakeholders to shape the future of our ambient business.
