Fabric Build Project Manager

💷 £60,000 – £70,000 + benefits (or day‑rate equivalent)
🕗 Mon–Fri | 8am–4pm
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building fabric works to lead refurbishments, fit‑outs, maintenance, and minor works across education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects.
This is a delivery‑focused role suited to someone comfortable managing projects in live, operational environments, with a practical, trade‑led mindset.
What you’ll do
Deliver multiple fabric works projects from pre‑construction to handover
Manage programmes, budgets, variations, and quality
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activity
Lead HSQE compliance, RAMS, and site standards
Act as the key client and stakeholder contact
Coordinate with MEP teams and specialist subcontractors
What we’re looking for
Proven experience delivering building fabric projects (refurbs, fit‑outs, maintenance, minor works)
Trade background in carpentry or a related fabric discipline
SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent)
Experience working in live environments
Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
