Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role:
As a Junior Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your accounting skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment with real career progression on offer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes
* Monitor and analyse financial performance
* Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate financial records
* Provide financial insights to aid business decision-making
* Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate cost allocations
What We’re Looking For:
* Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or actively studying
* Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance team
