Bar Manager – Full‑Time / Permanent. Annual bonus up to 10%.
About the Role
Bring your leadership skills as a Bar Manager to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests across our bars and entertainment venues. We may provide on‑site accommodation subject to availability and T&Cs. You will lead a vibrant bar team, inspire them to hit their goals, maintain high standards and support their development. You will manage resources such as budgets and scheduling to keep operations running smoothly, while ensuring guest experiences are exceptional and compliant with safety and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
* Ensure top‑tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
* Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
* Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and meet business needs.
* Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
* Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day running.
* Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.
Requirements
* Proven experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in hospitality.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Experience in budgeting, financial management and cellar management.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
