Candidates will need experience of managing teams and can come from any production or processing environment. Reporting into the company’s General Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing a production team of 70 and ensuring production KPI targets are achieved. The Production Manager Role: · Oversee a team of 70 – including one supervisor and three team leaders · Approximately 65% office based / 35% shop floor · Organising production activities · Support the further recruitment of production staff and provide ongoing support and training to the team · Ensure KPIs are achieve and costs are kept to or below budget · Process improvements · Work alongside H&S team to ensure safety on site – includes carrying out risk assessments The Production Manager Candidate: · Experience managing teams · Experience working in any production environment
