We’re partnering with a globally recognised premium spirits business, celebrated for its iconic brands and commitment to craftsmanship. They’re now seeking a London Field Sales Manager to own the strategy across Prestige On-Trade and Retail, leading a high-performing team and building partnerships with the industry’s most influential customers. This is a standout opportunity to shape the future of a world-class super-premium portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead the development and execution of the Prestige strategy across On-Trade and Prestige Retail sectors
* Set and analyse sales, distribution, pricing, visibility, and promotional targets
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of direct reports, empowering them to achieve KPIs
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the channel, ensuring business development targets are met
* Foster strong internal relationships across the Marketing and Brand to support organisational goals
About You:
* Experience in On Trade Spirits is required
* Prestige Retail experience is desired
* Confident and motivational leader with direct management experience
* Highly organised and results-driven
* Willing and able to travel nationally if required
