Step into a leadership role with Securitas in Cambridge! We're seeking a dynamic Admin Coordinator

Bring your expertise in security to manage and inspire a team as the Security Coordinator for our site in Cambridge!

* Lead and manage a committed team, ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained.
* Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (40hrs/week)
* Salary: £35,000 Per Annum
* Driving licence with access to a vehicle or good transport links required

Job Description

* Reporting: Compile accurate and detailed monthly reports and dashboards, ensuring all activities are well-documented. Keeping financial, security and compliance trackers updated and accurate.
* Meetings: Arrange and attend regular meetings, minute taking and offering valuable insights and staying informed on key updates.
* Access Control Management: Oversee and manage the administration of access control systems, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the estate.
* Page One: Oversee and manage the administration of the Page One system.
* Share Point: Create, oversee, and manage the administration of Share Point sites.
* Project Support: Provide essential administration support for ongoing projects, contributing to the estate's security and operational success.
* Asset Management: Track and manage assets efficiently, maintaining security and accountability across the site.
* Technical Fault Monitoring: Stay vigilant in monitoring and addressing any technical issues with access control systems and other security systems.
* Compliance: Oversee and manage the administration of compliance across the security provision, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies and procedures.
* Organizing Meetings and Events: Scheduling meeting, arranging conference rooms, supporting the organization and execution of meetings and events.
* Literacy & Computer Skills: Strong written and oral communication and proficiency in IT systems. Generating reports, presentations, and dashboards.
* Microsoft Office: Highly proficient in the application of all MS Office platforms
* Security Awareness: Maintain a high level of vigilance and awareness to ensure the safety of the estate.
* Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks, from issuing access controls to tracking assets.
* Punctual & Flexible: Consistently reliable with a flexible approach to meet the demands of the role.
* SIA License
* Drivers license with access to own vehicle or within a reasonable commuting distance
* 5 year checkable history with supporting RTW documents
* 5 years or more administration experienc
