Job Description
We are a well-established electrical installations business working with prestigious, blue-chip clients and projects locally, nationwide, and recently in Europe. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Electrical Business Development Manager to join our busy office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively target and develop new and existing clients to generate sales, project leads, and inquiries, aiming to develop profitable accounts.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and update the CRM system accordingly.
3. Prepare documentation and quotations based on projects, contracts, scope of works, or labor supply requirements.
4. Develop and deliver sales proposals and tenders, aligning with customer requirements and expectations.
5. Work to deadlines and build a robust sales pipeline.
6. Collaborate with the wider project management team to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment.
Minimum Requirements
* Proven recent experience in a competitive, target-driven, customer-focused B2B role.
* Familiarity with industries such as Electrical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Contracting.
* Flexible approach, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a determination to close deals.
* Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and a team player.
* Strong communication skills, capable of liaising at all levels.
* Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed.
* Full driving license.
