About the role We're looking for a talented and target-driven Sales Manager to support, coach and encourage your team of Sales Executives in the South West Region. You will manage developments within Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, and parts of Oxfordshire. Your objective is simple: to maximise sales in your area through successful leadership and motivation of your team. Excitingly, you'll be responsible for developing the sales strategy for each site, including price recommendations. You'll work closely with the regional marketing team and agree forward marketing strategies. From the beginning of a new development, you'll be responsible for: Preparation of the Welcome Centre, Office, and Show Apartments Recruitment, induction, and training of new Sales Executives Conducting local research, competition research and pricing exercises Attending and participating in promotional presentations and events Monitoring the interest shown in developments Site presentation and standards Hours of work are 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am - 5.00pm on Friday. About you We'd love to hear from you if you have previous Sales Management experience within new homes, property or an estate agency environment. It's important to us that you have the proven ability to support and inspire your team, you'll appreciate the significance of being a visible presence in their lives and pride yourself on visiting sites regularly. Our ideal Area Sales Manager will thrive in a fast-paced, commercial and target driven environment. You'll have bags of initiative, ideas and be solutions orientated, whilst also be comfortable and confident producing reports, ensuring the data is accurate and your narrative brings the numbers to life. Lastly, but no means least you'll have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing and a determination to succeed.
