Job Description
* Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest product standards.
* Coordinate with other team leaders to streamline processes and operations.
* Manage a team, promoting a positive and productive workplace.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to solve production-related problems.
* Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to them.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics and goals.
* Keep up-to-date with industry trends to continuously improve production processes.

The Successful Applicant
An experienced Production Team Leader/Supervisor, looking for progression, as well as:
* Proven leadership experience within a production environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
