What You’ll Do
* Deliver dedicated support to senior directors and leadership teams across multiple offices.
* Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle international travel arrangements.
* Prepare and process expenses, invoices, and confidential presentations with precision.
* Act as a key liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring professionalism and discretion.
* Assist with projects, budgeting processes, and office events, contributing to firmwide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a legal or professional services setting.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with expense/invoice systems.
3. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
