Project Coordinator | Rapidly Growing Saas Giant
Location: Remote | Full-time | £40.000 per annum
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organised Project Coordinator to keep our Professional Services team running smoothly. You'll manage resources, timesheets, billing, onboarding, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Allocate resources and track workloads across project teams
* Maintain accurate timesheets, billing, and financial records
* Onboard new clients and partners, ensuring access to systems and platforms
* Keep project and partner data up to date in Teamwork, HubSpot, and other systems
* Produce reports on project progress, resource use, and operational metrics
* Support process improvements, internal meetings, and operational workflows
Essential:
* Experience in project coordination, operations, or resource management
* Strong organisation, attention to detail, and data accuracy
* Experience with project management tools (Teamwork preferred)
* Confident communicator and self-starter
Desirable:
* Professional Services or SaaS experience
* Knowledge of billing, ERP, or CRM systems
* Project management certifications (PRINCE2, CAPM, APM)
