At RTX, a world‑leading aerospace and defence company, we are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our Kilkeel Facility in Northern Ireland. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing inventory, and improving supply‑chain processes for aircraft interior seating production.
What You Will Do
* Support daily supply‑chain operations to ensure materials are delivered on time.
* Analyse data and reports to identify shortages, delays, and trends.
* Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
* Monitor inventory levels and support planning activities.
* Help improve processes, reporting, and supply‑chain performance metrics.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects within the supply‑chain team.
* Use systems such as SAP and Excel to manage and track supply‑chain activities.

Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a comparable role in Supply Chain, Material Management, Procurement or a similar relevant discipline within a manufacturing or comparable environment.
* Strong analytical, organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Desirable Criteria
* Qualified or working towards a CIPS / CPIM qualification.
* Experience and working knowledge of ERP and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) packages.
