Joselyn Search is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to work for a leading FM Service Provider based at a large Commercial Estate based in Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a P&L in the region of £2m, the overall delivery of M&E Services across the estate and the day-to-day management of the on-site Engineering team. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, developing client relationships and hold previous FM Account / Contract Manager Experience.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of £75,000 + package, further training and the opportunity to work for a company considered a market leader in its field.
