This year we will starting our new and opulent spa and state-of-the-art leisure areas as well as our new meeting rooms and additional 24 bedrooms. As a Bartender you are responsible for delivering a great guest experience in our bar outlets, through creating amazing drinks and delivering great personal service, ensuring our guests have a great stay with us. About You We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and professional individual to join our Squadron Bar Team here at Aldwark Manor Estate. As Bartender, you’ll deliver efficient service to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to create the best experience for our guests. You will also be assisting in our other Food and Beverage outlets within the Estate. Main duties and purpose of the role: Ensure that our Squadron Bar is always well presented, a welcoming environment and set to the premium standard set by Aldwark Manor Estate. Have a good knowledge of all our outlets, services and all beverages available within the estate. Maintain excellent standards of customer care at all times Promote specials and provide great knowledge on our food and drink offer Duties are to include creating drinks efficiently & quickly, cleaning & restocking the bar, maintaining brand standards. Contribute to new ideas in creating menus and improving service Supporting in all other Food and Beverage outlets Liaising with restaurants, kitchen and reception Complete opening and closing duties, re-stock as required The above is a non exhaustive list of duties and you are expected to undertake any other duties as requested by your Manager.
