Permanent, 32.5 hours a week, Term Time only (to include INSET)

Full Time Equivalent Salary – Grade 4 Points 7-10 £25,584 - £26,835

Based at - Marling School

Required - ASAP

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our crucial support staff team who work extremely closely with teaching staff to provide the very best educational experience for the young people in our school. Cover supervisors take a full and active part in school life.

The successful candidate should:

• Be flexible in their approach, a good listener and communicator, have positive attitudes to young people and good organisational skills.

• Have high expectations of themselves and others and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience of working with young people would be an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications are desirable however all necessary training will be given to the successful applicant.
