Warehousing and Goods Inward Depot Employees
Location: Vacancies at our branches at Stephen W Moore Ltd, Coleraine and Johnston Gilpin & Co, Lisburn.
Full -time | Aftermarket Department
Reports to: Parts Outlet Manager
Due to continued further expansion, we are seeking to add to our teams two Goods Inward Depot Employees. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, checking, and organizing parts deliveries, keeping our depot running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and check incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage
* Organize parts in the correct stock locations
* Communicate shortages or issues to the Parts Outlet Manager
* Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
* Support stock management and assist with inventory checks
• Work with service and parts teams to ensure timely delivery of urgent orders
What We're Looking For:
* No previous experience required, training will be provided
* Experience in warehouse or stock control preferred
* Capable of operating forklift/goods handling equipment (Willingness to learn, complete with training will suffice)
* Good attention to detail and reliable work ethic
* Comfortable using basic computer systems
* Basic numerical and literacy skills required
* Team player with good communication skills
* Knowledge of agricultural equipment is a bonus, but not essential

his position is awarded national minimum wage, however this may be increased for an exceptional candidate, or if in the future additional duties/responsibilities are taken on.
