Right now, due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Social Value Manager to join our newly established ESG Team on a permanent basis out of our offices in Coxheath, Kent.
About The Role…
As our Social Value Manager within Chartway Partnerships Group, you will be responsible for leading the social value delivery across the Chartway Partnerships Group. This includes the development of a consistent delivery plan that responds to the Group strategy. As long as being responsive to the local areas where Chartway Partnerships operates.
You’ll be responsible for the Creation and review of Chartway’s processes and procedures across all of our social value deliverables and ensuring their compliance. You will monitor our performance against social value deliverables at Group level, and at project level, using KPIs, method statements, s106 reporting and any reporting required for Group.
As well as championing Chartway Social Value, you’ll be responsible for conducting bid writing for social value submissions, and supporting community engagement/consultation submissions, or presenting to potential new clients the proposals on social value.
As this is a new role, you’ll be able to bring your expertise in delivering internal training programmes with staff to understand our strategies, objectives and procedures to ensure consistency of the social value approach and delivery across the regional teams, as well as the ability to truly make your mark on the business!

You’ll come from a similar position, ideally from another housebuilder, or main contractor with excellent IT and organisation skills, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
