What you'll be doing:
* Assisting teachers to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons
* Supporting children one-to-one and in small groups
* Helping pupils with literacy, numeracy and other core skills
* Providing encouragement and emotional support to boost confidence
* Promoting a safe, inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
What you'll need to work through Tradewind Education:
* A passion for helping children learn and develop
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
* Professional references covering at least the last 2 years
