Harte Recruitment is pleased to partner with a well-established, renowned property investment company in Yorkshire, seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented Senior Investment Sales Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded sales professional with expertise in property investment, particularly in off-plan and buy-to-let sectors who would like to work the odd day per week from home.
As a Senior Investment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing high-net-worth clients, understanding their investment goals, and presenting tailored off-plan property opportunities to help grow their portfolios. In this role, the Senior Investment Sales Consultant will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, fostering long-term client relationships and successfully closing high-value deals in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
The Package:
* Up to £29k per annum and uncapped OTE of min £80k plus
* Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, 40 hours per week
* Birthday day off
* Hybrid role - One day per week working from home
* 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Cycle to work scheme
* Yearly eye tests
The Role:
* Converting qualified leads into closed deals through expert investment advice and property consultations
* Presenting off-plan and buy-to-let opportunities to clients via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
* Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective investors and property buyers
* Understanding and communicating market trends, rental yields, capital growth, and ROI projections
* Maintaining an in-depth understanding of each development, including location, build schedule, and developer reputation
* Building trust with clients by offering honest, data-backed investment advice
* Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Contributing to team performance and supporting junior consultants when needed
The Person:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in property investment sales role
* A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* A strong understanding of UK property markets, particularly off-plan and buy-to-let sectors
* The ability to explain investment concepts clearly and confidently to clients
* High motivation, ambition, and a financial drive
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* A professional, articulate, and consultative approach
* Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar)
