The Care Assistant role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care aligned with each resident’s care plan. It promotes independence and choice, ensuring residents' voices are heard through all aspects of care and support. No two days are the same, with key responsibilities including assisting with personal care, enhancing nutrition and hydration during mealtimes, supporting activities, and creating meaningful one-to-one moments.
Requirements
Upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate, and Inclusion is essential. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial. Having your SVQ2 and prior care sector experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
