*West End Motors (Bodmin)*Our family run dealership in Bodmin, is recruiting Vehicle Technicians for both Nissan and Vauxhall.*Responsibilities include:** A high standard of vehicle servicing, repairs and quality of workmanship to always ensure customer satisfaction.* Repair and service of all vehicles in line with the Company’s and manufacturer’s requirements in terms of both quality and efficiency.* Ensure all necessary paperwork relating to Warranty, repair and service is accurate, detailed and meets with manufacturer’s requirements.* Identify opportunities to undertake additional work that is in the interest and safety of the customer to meet the Company’s ‘Duty of Care’ responsibilities.*Requirements:** A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an automotive technician and you must be fully qualified to NVQ level 3 or higher to be considered.* The ideal candidate must be a team player and be able to produce work to a high standard to maintain our customers' high expectations.* Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance and repair of Motor Vehicles, electric vehicle experience would be advantageous but not a requirement as training would be provided.Training and development are a deep part of the Company ethos and progression within your chosen career path will be available for the right candidate.*Benefits** A competitive basic salary based on experience.* Productivity bonus* 28 days paid holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays).* Auto enrolment workplace pension scheme.* Fully supported ongoing training with our manufacturer partners and independent training providers to allow career progression.Hours: Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.00 and Saturday mornings 1 in 4 on a roster 08.30 – 12.30 paid at additional hoursCompetitive salary dependant on experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £35,360.00-£38,479.00 per yearAdditional pay:* Bonus schemeBenefits:* Company pension* Employee discount* On-site parkingSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekend availabilityLicence/Certification:* Driving Licence (required)Ability to Commute:* Bodmin (required)Ability to Relocate:* Bodmin: Relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
