End Date: Friday 4th July
Working Pattern: Part Time 12.30pm - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
Location: Rochester

About the Role: As the first point of contact for our visitors and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting visitors with a warm smile and friendly demeanour
* Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
* Managing the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and inviting
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
* Maintaining a positive and professional image of the school at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* A cheerful personality that thrives on making others feel welcome
* Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential!
