Job Title: Shift Engineer (Nights Only)

Salary: £61,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems during night shift operations
* Diagnose and resolve faults across HVAC, electrical distribution, pumps, boilers, and control systems
* Monitor plant and equipment performance and ensure safe operation
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and shift logs
* Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and statutory regulations
* Liaise with daytime engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers
* Support continuous improvement of building performance and operational efficiency
