Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity Architect to support the design and delivery of a large-scale Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) transformation programme.
The successful candidate will lead solution design activities and provide architectural oversight across implementation and migration workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
* Define target-state Customer Identity architecture.
* Lead solution design for ForgeRock implementation and migration activities.
* Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and governance.
* Collaborate with engineering, security and business teams.
* Ensure solutions align with security, scalability and operational requirements.
* Provide technical leadership throughout programme delivery.
* Extensive Solution Architecture experience within Customer Identity & Access Management programmes.
* Strong hands‑on ForgeRock architecture experience.
* Experience leading identity platform implementations and migrations.
* Deep understanding of identity and access management principles.
* Experience designing enterprise-scale authentication and identity solutions.
* OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and MFA expertise.
* Cloud-based identity architecture experience.
* Experience within large enterprise transformation programmes.
