Service Type: 5-Bed Childrens Residential Home (EBD - Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Shift Pattern: 07:00 - 19:30 | 19:00 - 07:30 including weekends
Role
As a Residential Support Worker, youll play a key role in providing day-to-day care, support, and guidance to the young people in the home.
Responsibilities
* Supporting daily routines such as school runs (Rowley Regis), mealtimes, and bedtime routines
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well being
* Providing personal care when required
* Supporting educational and recreational activities both indoors and outdoors
* Facilitating family contact and maintaining safeguarding standards
* Contributing to household duties, including cooking and cleaning
* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
* Acting as a Key Worker (depending on experience and role)

* Driver preferred (must have business insurance if using own car; company car available when required)
* Experience working with children or young people - either personally or professionally - is highly valued.
Training
Fully funded Level 3 qualification after 3 months of employment
