* Manage PPM and reactive service delivery.
* Support and lead engineers and service desk staff.
* Ensure compliance and high service standards.
* Maintain client relationships and provide technical guidance.
Skills & Experience - Service Manager Fire Alarm Systems
* Fire alarm service management or senior engineering background.
* Knowledge of Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec, or similar.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
