As we continue to expand we are looking to attract a Senior Project / Programme Manager to join and lead the delivery of large IT and technology programmes predominantly across Public Sector, Defence and UK Govt
The Role
* Lead and manage the delivery of large and complex IT projects with high business impact
* Deliver enterprise class Microsoft solutions across the full project lifecycle to external clients
* Own the delivery across scope, budget, timelines, quality, and risk
* Work closely with internal teams in a busy, matrix environment to collaborate closely with Account Leads and internal teams on forecasting, margin protection and change control and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Monitor and control scope, schedule, resource and budget applying proactive risk and issue management
* identify and manage critical drivers and objectives to be delivered, supporting business case development where required
* Provide clear, timely delivery communications to stakeholders through structured reporting
* Support pre-sales activities including shaping SoW, estimates and delivery models.
The Person
* Senior experience of delivering large-scale IT /High Value technology programmes
* A Proven track record delivering enterprise class Microsoft solutions across the full project lifecycle to external clients.
* Strong end-to-end project delivery background ideally within Public sector, High Enterprise Clients or Ministry of Defence.
* Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and confident report to internal leadership team'
* Confident engaging senior stakeholders and reporting project progress to senior internal colleagues to enable a seamless customer experience.
* Defining, mitigating and managing project risks, maintaining delivery momentum.
* Track and understand project metrics across a diverse portfolio
* Excellent working knowledge of agile/waterfall and Service delivery practices.
* Strong commercial and budget management skills
* Calm, practical approach to risk and problem-solving
* Must be eligible for SC clearance
