What you’ll do Deliver calm, customer-focused 2nd-line support within SLAs; own tickets through to resolution. Implement changes, migrations and upgrades via change control; test releases before go-live. Deploy approved hardware/software and maintain security and asset accuracy. Support a defined application portfolio; contribute to incident, problem and service request fulfilment using ITIL practices. Create knowledge articles; collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to drive swift resolutions. What we’re looking for Experience in 1st/2nd-line support within a Windows environment. Strong customer service, communication and documentation skills. Organised, proactive problem-solver who thrives to targets and SLAs. Team player: professional, flexible, calm under pressure. Desirable: Remote Desktop, Registry Editor, PowerShell, Active Directory, Microsoft 365; exposure to change control, Windows Server/virtualisation; automation tools (e.g. PDQ, SCCM, Intune, scripting).
