Responsibilities
Retail Partner Relationships
* Develop seasonal programs with retailers to support brand objectives across online and in-store channels.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, distribution, space, and marketing support with Buying and Merchandising teams.
* Lead product presentations, account reviews, and oversee trade show planning.
* Build strong relationships with the Retail team and spend 10% of time in the field to review execution and competitive opportunities.
* Manage cross-functional relationships related to assigned accounts (visual merchandising, finance, etc.).
Driving Performance
* Develop seasonal plans to maximize sales through launches, promotions, and retailer activations.
* Create annual P&Ls with the Commercial Director to meet sales and profit targets.
* Monitor and adjust sales, expenses, and forecasting to ensure profit delivery.
* Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to meet goals.
* Manage category and channel performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
* Lead monthly conference calls with retailers and provide weekly business recaps and reporting.
Cross-Functional Working
* Collaborate with Operations, Visual Merchandising, Brand Marketing, PR, and Social teams to deliver an annual plan for each retailer.
* Review performance against annual strategy quarterly.
* Ensure consistent launch, animation, and promotion plans across all retailers within the region.
* Maximize product productivity and ensure timely execution of visual merchandising updates.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
* 2+ years in National Accounts in the beauty/personal care space/grocery
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong analytical and creative thinking ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
* Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
