Our Client is a medium size firm who have seen tremendous growth throughout the past year.
They are currently looking to expand their property team and bring on an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (NQ Solicitor to 2 years PQE) to manage a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
This position is a Fully Remote role with no expectation to travel to the office so the work can be done anywhere in the UK.
You would be responsible for:
· Handling or assisting on all aspects of residential conveyancing in respect of both registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold properties
· Preparing reports on title for both freehold and leasehold properties and advising clients on relevant legal documentation
· Sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity releases
· Drafting leases and agreements for lease
