Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum across KS2
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high expectations and pupil wellbeing
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities and learning styles
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress using effective assessment strategies
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to support pupil development and attainment
* Build strong working relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development
Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Previous experience teaching KS2 is desirable, though Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to inclusive practice and high-quality teaching
