Our client is marketing a highly innovative and wearable device designed to assist people with low vision. This product is unique on the market! The inside sales team is seeking energetic, professional, and charismatic individuals to handle lead qualification and close deals over the phone. This position is home-based anywhere in England.
Previous experience in sales development and inside sales is required. Experience with healthcare or medical devices is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve daily call volume and lead qualification targets – approximately 70% of your time.
* Conduct structured qualification surveys and conversations via outbound calls.
* Close deals over the phone – approximately 30% of your time.
* Assign leads to field sales team members or partners as directed by the manager.
* Record all interactions in CRM systems and report activity periodically.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products.
