Responsibilities
* Production Scheduling: Create and manage production orders based on sales forecasts and business needs.
* Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels for materials and parts, ensuring everything is available for production.
* Pick List Generation: Prepare and issue lists for warehouse and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
* Transaction Monitoring: Ensure all production and material transactions are accurately recorded in the MRP system.
* Issue Reporting: Report any risks related to production or materials and work with teams to find solutions.
* Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline processes.
* KPI Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics.
* BOM Management: Keep Bill of Materials (BOM) data updated to support planning and forecasting.
* Procurement Coordination: Work with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely ordering of materials.
* Engineering Change Management: Manage changes to BOMs and coordinate with relevant teams.
* Project Updates: Provide status updates on material availability and project timelines.
Qualifications
* Experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
* Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively.
* Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, ideally Navision.
