We are looking for a proactive and organised General Administrator to provide essential support to our Directors and SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct administrative support to the Directors
· Provide administrative support to Senior Management
· Assist the SHEQ Manager with maintaining compliance records, updating safety documentation, and supporting audits.
· Receive and manage deliveries, ensuring items are logged and distributed appropriately.
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
· Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records.
· Support the smooth running of daily office operations.
Skills & Experience
· Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
· Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
· Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
