Location: Redditch Mon–Fri | 40 Hours | Overtime Available Salary: £13/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
* Building products from engineering drawings
* Using hand and power tools daily
* Following quality procedures (right first time, every time)
* Working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Adapting to changing priorities on the shop floor
Requirements
* Assembly experience in manufacturing (ideal, not essential)
* Mechanical and/or electrical assembly skills
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* Good communication skills
* Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
* Flexible and adaptable
