The Role
The Assistant Production Manager plays a key supporting role within the Production team, stepping in to represent and support the Production Managers when required. The role also contributes across the wider Roundhouse programme, including artistic and internal events.
Working collaboratively with the Music, Events, Producing and Young People's Events (YPE) teams, the Assistant Production Manager helps ensure the effective planning and delivery of events across all Roundhouse performance spaces. As capacity allows, the role also supports major internal development events such as the Roundhouse Gala and artistic initiatives like the Three Sixty Festival.
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
We are looking for a candidate with an enthusiasm for working in production for performing arts, events or music gigs. The ideal candidate would have an understanding of health and safety legislation, a proven ability to deliver to deadlines, excellent administration skills and the ability to devise creative solutions

Contract: Fixed Term October August 31st 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £34,278 per annum
