THE COMPANY: This company, an exclusive provider of highly specialist surgical devices and equipment, is experiencing a period of tremendous growth having trebled revenue in the last 6 years and added new employees in each of the last 8. As an exclusive supplier for a range of leading visualisation and surgical equipment manufacturers, they're very well-placed to continue their rapid growth and give successful employees exciting future opportunities.
THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced surgical / medical devices sales or clinical professional to sell technical medical equipment and benefit from an extremely generous commission scheme. The successful candidate will sell ENT surgical devices and equipment to NHS and private hospitals within the North of England*. You will be working with surgeons, consultants, registrars and nurses, as well as procurement and finance managers. You will be taking over an established area that still has huge growth potential! *Patch goes down as far as Stoke, across to Leicester.
PROGRESSION: This is a company that loves to reward high performers and promote from within! All of the management team, including the MD, began their careers with the company as Territory Managers!
REQUIREMENTS
6. Medical devices sales experience
7. OR A theatre nurse looking to move into sales
8. A motivated, commercially aware, hard-working attitude with a growth mindset
9. Ambitious, career driven and money motivated
10. Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
The Package for the Territory Manager:
11. Basic: £40,000 to £50,000
12. Bonus: £30,000 OTE + uncapped commission
13. Car: Fully expensed company car
14. Benefits: Pension, 20 days holiday rising by 1 each year to 25 days + stats, health insurance, death in service.
The Territory Manager role covers: The North of England including Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Stoke, Barnsley, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, York, Newcastle.
