Family Care & Support Worker
Grade 3 SCP 7-11 £26,403 - £28,142 pro rata
Part Time - 16 hours per week
Monday – Sunday between the hours of 7.00am – 8.00pm

Role and Responsibilities
* Provide a range of support for our young people and their families, including supporting children and young people with a disability and/or complex needs.
* Carry out personal care tasks as required and support the child/young person to access play, recreation and leisure opportunities within the community, at home, or in a youth club provision.
* Contribute to the implementation of care plans by providing a flexible service during the day, early mornings, evenings, weekends and during school holidays.
