Plus 19% employer pension contribution
1 x Temporary, 37 hours per week (for up to one year)
Location:
Antrim Civic Centre but may be required to work from any Council site or facility within the Borough.
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To assist in the development and successful implementation of the Organisation
Development Business Plan.
To foster the growth and the continuous performance improvement of the Council by designing and implementing strategies, programmes, and innovative initiatives to enhance organisational performance, learning and development for Elected
Members and employees, Leadership skills, Talent development and employee engagement and wellbeing to further enhance the Council's positive culture.

Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will assess the suitability of the candidates against the requirements for the post including the 7 competencies identified in the Competence Framework for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council.

Provisional date for interviews will be on 3 October 2025, this will include an un-seen presentation as part of the process.
A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12 month period and if this post becomes available either part time, full time, temporary or permanent within 12 months this will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
