My client is seeking for a proactive HR Assistant to support their HR team for six weeks. This hybrid role involves 2 days on-site in Cambridge and the remainder remotely.
Hours: 21 hours per week (Part-time)

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out pre-employment checks
Monitor completion of appraisals
Support managers with stage 1 short-term sickness reviews
Analyse staff survey results
Analyse workforce data and produce graphsRequirements:
Previous HR support experience
Strong organisational and data analysis skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
