The role will be based from our Head Office in Lymm Cheshire for a maternity cover fixed term contract. You must be able to commute to this location. The role will also involve some travel to events and occasionally to various nursery settings. What’s involved: We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a passion and drive for attracting the best candidates to Kids Planet. With a primary focus on candidate attraction, responsibilities will include: * Identifying and implementing creative approaches to attracting suitable candidates. * Collaborating with the team to produce appealing job adverts that stand out from the norm and promote the unique aspects of our nurseries and roles whilst embracing the Kids Planet brand. * Managing adverts and communicating with candidates. * Exploring appropriate recruitment channels in new locations. * Working with wider team to ensure vacancy requirements and priorities are accurately identified and building collaborative relationships to ensure a strong approach to achieving recruitment targets. * Identifying and implementing ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. * Working with our new HR system to assist hiring managers with their candidate management. * Building strong relationships with organisations who can support the recruitment function such as Universities and schools, along with various work coaching organisations to ensure a pipeline of candidates is a constant focus.
