Responsibilities
* Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
* Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
* Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
* Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
* Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
* Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
* Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts and styles
* Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles

Work a full 40‑hour week, with a mix of shifts to cover the opening hours of the business. Some Salons may also require evenings, please enquire for further information.
