Job Title: HR Data & Systems Analyst
Reporting to the HR Systems & Engagement Manager, you will work closely with the People team to drive performance through analytics and reporting, alongside administrative support.
1. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
2. Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR systems and technologies, including integration, reporting, and management of third-party vendors.
3. Manage benefit schemes, such as Restricted Share schemes, Save as you earn, and holiday purchasing.
4. Liaise with Payroll and third-party vendors to ensure correct administration of benefit schemes and effective delivery to employees.
5. Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions.
6. Create reports based on engagement surveys.
7. Support annual pay review activities by compiling and analyzing salary and bonus data.
8. Evaluate benefit utilization trends and suggest improvements to employee offerings.
9. Serve as a subject matter expert in HR & L&D data.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Commercially astute, ideally working towards CIPD level 5 (not essential).
* Previous experience within an HR team in retail or service sectors.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident navigating HR software.
* Team player, supportive, and willing to assist.
