Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering stimulating and creative lessons for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You'll assist in promoting a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their best.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and is looking for varied, rewarding work across different schools in Chesterfield.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
* Work 1:1 and in small groups to support early learning development.
* Promote social and emotional growth through play-based learning.
* Assist with classroom organisation and resource preparation.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Uphold safeguarding and inclusion policies at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with young children (within an educational setting).
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Early Years (desirable).
* A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
