Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an elevated and personalised client experience, embodying the values of luxury service.
* Partner closely with the Visual Merchandising team to deliver inspiring displays that reflect seasonal stories, brand identity, and product highlights.
* Take ownership of daily product presentation, ensuring the shop floor is consistently impeccable, cohesive, and visually engaging.
* Support store leadership with floor moves, window concepts, and creative visual execution.
* Share product knowledge and styling inspiration with clients, connecting visual storytelling to the sales experience.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, while enhancing the overall brand journey.
* Maintain an awareness of competitor trends and visual standards to help keep our flagship store at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium brand environment, with exposure to visual merchandising responsibilities.
